Who we are

The Safety Hub began operating as Romac Trading Company in 1968; a South Australian owned and operated business that quickly evolved to become a market leader in the supply of personal protective equipment.

The business model revolved around providing the best range of personal protective equipment at competitive prices, while prioritising outstanding customer service to build long-term relationships with their customers.

With an Australia-wide network and esteemed reputation in the safety supply industry, the perfect foundation had already been laid for when Safety Hub took ownership of the company in December 2010.

Despite their quick adaptation to the contemporary market, new owners John, Leanne and Clinton successfully retained all of the traditional values that set the business apart in its day. And even after 42 years of trading, The Safety Hub continues to hold its position at the forefront of the field.
